Prices are as each vendor writes them. Where a vendor gives no price, the table says "Not published" rather than guessing. Third-party contract data from Vendr is kept out of the price column and noted underneath.

What 19 feedback analytics tools and Dimension Labs publish about price
Read from each vendor's own pricing page. "Not published" means the site gives no price. Dimension Labs is the last row.
What the prices say
Enterprise suites quote every deal. Medallia, Sprinklr and the customer experience side of Qualtrics publish no price. Vendr, a third-party buying platform, reports a median contract of $13,338 a year for Medallia across 32 transactions and $30,000 a year for Qualtrics across 323 purchases.
Specialist feedback analytics tools start in the tens of thousands a year. Thematic publishes $25,000 a year for up to 25,000 comments, Unwrap from $24,000 a year, and Kapiche from $2,000 a month. Enterpret, Chattermill and SentiSum publish no price, and all six start with a demo, a call or a contact form. Keatext is the exception on price, from $550 a month, though every plan still starts with a demo.
The self-serve tools are cheaper and narrower. ClientZen, FeedSense, Insight7 and Usercall can be started without a call, from $49 to EUR 240 a month for their entry plans. ClientZen and FeedSense are self-serve feedback tools, and Usercall and Insight7 are self-serve tools for interviews and calls. Intercom's Pro add-on, from $100 a month plus seats, adds AI features for analyzing support performance inside Intercom.

How to compare prices fairly
Check the unit. Vendors price by comments (Thematic), rows (Kapiche), responses (Qualtrics, Revuze), seats (Insight7, Intercom) or locations (Reputation). Work out the cost for your own monthly volume, not the headline number.
Check the channels. A tool that reads only surveys or only one help desk will need a second tool for tickets, calls or reviews.
Check what comes out. Some tools count themes. Others join feedback to revenue, churn or ratings and estimate which issues actually move the number. The second is a different job.
Check the contract. Annual contracts and paid pilots are common at the top of the market. Monthly plans let you test on real data before you commit.
Dimension Labs publishes its prices: Explore at $299 a month, Discover at $999, Prove at $2,999 and Scale at $6,999, with no demo, no sales call and no contract on monthly plans. It reads tickets, chats, calls, reviews and surveys, joins them to your business data, and ranks issues by their measured effect on a metric.

What the price buys at Dimension Labs
A price table compares entry costs, not what you get back. Most of the tools above analyze customer feedback. Dimension Labs is an AI analytics agent that reads every data source a business has: unstructured customer interactions such as tickets, chats, calls, emails, reviews and surveys, and the structured operational data next to them, such as CRM, billing, orders, product usage and location data.
It builds context on your business and creates hundreds of business-specific Dimensions, typed fields extracted from every record with the same schema every run.
It shows what drives the number. Each issue is tested against revenue, retention, ratings or cost, with an effect size and a confidence interval on Prove and above, and every number links to the conversations behind it.
It serves every team from the same data: customer experience, marketing, product, sales, operations and the executive team.
Its agent does the work. It answers in plain English, builds any deliverable (reports, decks, dashboards, alerts) and runs on a schedule, so recurring analytics and BI tasks stop being manual.
The difference shows up in the ranking. In 8,504 public reviews of Orlando hotels, the issue guests mentioned most, the front desk, came last when ranked by its effect on one- and two-star reviews.
