Each record lands in the Dimension Labs conversation format, so Dimensions, reports and the agent work the same way as for every other source.
answer text (outgoing), answer answer (incoming) text For control_textbox and control_textarea fields. Labels can hold HTML: strip it.
submission id userId Jotform returns no respondent ID, so use the submission ID.
incoming false for the question, true for the answer.
