Aircall integration for Dimension Labs
This brings in Aircall call transcripts, and voicemail transcripts, turn by turn, as Aircall AI transcribed them. One call becomes one conversation in Dimension Labs. You run it on your side: a small script pulls from the Aircall API and posts each message to the universal API.

Every Aircall message, in the same shape as everything else.
Each record lands in the Dimension Labs conversation format, so Dimensions, reports and the agent work the same way as for every other source.
content.utterances[].text text Skip empty utterances.
call contact.id userId Aircall's id for the contact, with fetch_contact=true. If the call has no contact, the code uses the sessionId. Never the phone number.
utterances[].participant_type incoming true when external. internal (an Aircall user) is your side.
call id sessionId One call is one conversation in Dimension Labs.
call id conversationId Same value as sessionId.
call started_at plus utterances[].start_time dimensionlabs_timestamp started_at is UNIX seconds. In Aircall's example, start_time is seconds into the call, so the code adds it to started_at. Turns closer than a second apart are spaced to 1,000 ms.
transcription type, content.language, call direction, number.id, tag names platformJson Leave out raw_digits, phone_number, the contact's details and the user's name and email: they are phone numbers, names and addresses.
5 steps. Then it runs on its own.
A small job on your side reads Aircall through its API and posts each message to the Dimension Labs universal API. The guide gives the steps, the field mapping and the code. Run the job once for history, then every 15 minutes. A live source is enriched automatically every day; history is enriched with a backfill.
