Every NICE CXone message, in the same shape as everything else.
Each record lands in the Dimension Labs conversation format, so Dimensions, reports and the agent work the same way as for every other source.
transcriptBlocks[].text text One block per turn.
segment acdContactId userId CXone's contact id, on every block of the segment.
transcriptBlocks[].userType incoming true when it is CLIENT, false when AGENT. channelName carries the same value.
segmentId sessionId One segment is one conversation in Dimension Labs.
interactionId conversationId Keeps transferred segments of one interaction together.
segment startTime dimensionlabs_timestamp Blocks carry offsets, not clock times. The example adds 1,000 ms per block to startTime to keep the order and the one-second spacing.
mediaType, contactNo, resolved, dispositionCode, segmentSummaryPrimaryIntentName, enlightenSentimentIndexScore, channelType platformJson acdContactId joins to other CXone reports.
5 steps. Then it runs on its own.
A small job on your side reads NICE CXone through its API and posts each message to the Dimension Labs universal API. The guide gives the steps, the field mapping and the code. Run the job once for history, then every 15 minutes. A live source is enriched automatically every day; history is enriched with a backfill.
